That would be good.... I am not a smoker but my wife is and I am very politically minded. The Group I am looking to start will be a politically oriented one.
That's not to say a grower/breeders/cloning group isn't a GREAT idea. I will be down for both.
I am in Bullhead AZ right now. NObody worth a shit out here right now. Can't wait to move.

There ain't none in AZ yet and there won't be for a while.

I beg to differ! There is Compassion Care AZ which is now dispensing bud. It is a compassion club so a little different then a dispensary but basically the same thing. Just get them in the ground and soon as possible and you should be straight.

but it is not a dispensary and that is all that matters as far as the law is concerned. On a side note I think Sea of Green is a good shop with some interesting employees. However I think some of their items are overpriced at times, in my experience about 3% higher than other stores.

400$ for a 1000wat quantum ballast please i can find them for 260. they r expensive for lights and stuff but soil and nutients they r pretty good with as far as price and i had grow bags are reasonable but they had some guy from some denverstore that made a descent ass outof himself dont buy anuything big from them is my advice, i have been there again since i last went there and as long as the young guys arent working you can get descent help

if theres not a dispesnsary within 25 miles you an cultivate but you can get bud from compassion groups but as far i i could understand ur not aloud to teansfer bud for a price so ud have to get it for free? so i just decided to stay away from that bs

Republican aren't anti-weed? Government is anti-weed. It's not a party thing......In fact, It's the liberals in the state house that caused the most problems and tried to stop it. It was because of the Republicans and the Conservative right in AZ that the law passed. I am Mormon and most of my church here in AZ supported the passage of the law. The liberals wanted the 300% tax.

wow i just got alot more respect for the mormons, maybe ive been worng abou t them, but yeah i havent been paying much attention to politics and jan brewer is rep n shes the one thats fucking us. most of the peopl against it were moms who were brainwashed to thinking their kids could get ahold of the stuff too many ignorant people i used to be pretty dem but theres alot with reps blocking everything i think all our nations politics r fucked up im still only 20 but even i can see our government isnt working to benefit the people as much as it should

Jan Brewer isn't the one doing it. It's the US district Attorney (FEds) that have threatened to throw everyone in jail for trafficking if they open a dispensary. She is just reacting to a threat from on overzealous and out of control central government that thinks the constitutions only consists the 14th ammendment. NOt all MOrmons feel so liberal about Weed but It is not just a Right left issue. The Dems love control and the Reps love morality. So they both want to control pot.

I've already talked with a local station here in chandler and they told me that they respected the fact that I came down there. As far as the legal part goes, they said that as long as I am under state law and isn't trying to grow 99+ plants, I should be fine. Really now a days with all this legal stuff, as long as you approach it the right way you shouldn't have any problems. I had even explained to them why I got into this field and my goal with MMJ. They looked shocked and said that I might be the first person to admit to them that I am not in it for the money. That I am here to help patients and that is what I intend to do. I don't know why you say that Chandler will have problems. As far as i'm concerned I am golden. Just stay under code and they can't fuck with you too much.

It sounds to me like Jan did us a big favor. We can grow our own cannabis and that is the main thing the "state" said they did not want to happen. They hired the best experts our taxes could purchase and they designed the toughest laws yet in an effort to make sure only the truly "needy" get a card, not every tom, dick and harry that wanted to get high and they did not want people growing their own.
So now they do not have enough customers to open a disp if they wanted to. And then they sue the feds and now everyone can grow. All those experts and politicians and lawyers and none of them thought about this before? Typical of the fed,state, etc.

The 25 mile rule for growing never would have lasted anyways. either everyone can grow or nobody can grow, they can not create special protections for some residents while not providing that same protection to others.
