I have had experience with über-high JWH dosages, I know of a few others who have as well.. high enough dosages to render one unresponsive to external stimuli.

Yes. An atypical-psychedelic at that.. many states have banned salvia though.

Salvia is, THE MOST, complex and intriguing hallucinogen, known to man. :D It is classified as an A-Typical psychedelic, but it is also classified as a dissociative. I always say it's a dissociative but it is definitely psychedelic. :D

Hence why I agree with the a-typical ;-) many a dissociative is psychedelic to an extent, no?

I definitely can tell a distinct difference, as I'm sure you can, but yes, which is why I love that one Venn diagram of all the different types of drugs with Tranquilizers at the top. You can guess which drug falls squarely in the middle. ;)

That drug venn diagram sounds interesting. Do you have any links, or even what to search for for that?

Also, to weasels911, what spice blend did you try that had 5-meo-dalt? I always wondered how far spice companies would go with the RCs in their blends. Anyone else know any blends containing psychedelics (other than cannabinoids/agonists)? I think my local head shop sells armageddon - will post with experience if I get around to trying it.

Yea it seems many are going away cause of this ban. Strange that it's because of the JWH and not the DALT. Is the blend worth a try? Does it have any noticeable psychedelic effects?

This is very interesting. I wonder if the drug itself helps with the disorders, or if it merely aids in research by simulating the effects of the disorders on the brain, similar to LSD. I saw a documentary on LSD that said that LSD mimics the effects of schizophrenia so well that it is greatly aiding research on the disorder as well as new medications. If, however, salvinorin A itself actually is medicinal, I am extremely curious as to its mechanism of action.

The "Model Psychosis" theory was discarded years ago to the best of my knowledge. LSD has more potential in psychiatric applications than probably any other substance in the world.

Maybe it does something to repair or rearrange the connections in our brain. It seems to do so for me (although I'm don't have schizophrenia.... to the best of my knowledge).

LSD therapy has been known to cure personality disorders when administered properly by a Psychiatrist.

im suprised that theres not a book of all of the substances that could help us in many different ways. then again, those would be books that we could all write for ourselves. i agree to disagree cause i think different substances could help different people in different ways. but if there was 1 that stood out im sure it would be LSD.
