Ask yourself why you are not troubled by the failure of the Health Care rollout?

every state is different and the rules changed in 2005, big time..the law in florida is complex, we follow state rule not fed and there are tons of caveats..if you make money you can't file chapter 7 here you won't pass the "means test"..a 13 you have to re-pay debt within 5 years on a schedule..previously working for corporate, i couldn't qualify for chapter 7 because i made too much..now i don't so chapter 7 would work..it's just not as straight forward as you think..they are very strict on wiping out debt here.
I can appreciate that. That's why I put the disclaimer at the end of my post. In PA, they are very tough on deadbeats. My buddy owned a small car lot in Chambersburg and when someone didn't pay, he would get a judgement, followed by an escort from a sheriff to enter their dwelling and take as much of their shit as He determined would satisfy the debt. He ended up with a great many big screen TVs and gaming consoles. PA don't fuck around.

to quote an article I just read and that I 100% agree with... they hired political cronies and not internet native companies to roll out the healthcare.gov website so yeah of course it's gonna be shit.

So it turns out the woman Obama touted as an Obamacare success story during his October 21 speech can't afford insurance through the Washington exchange. Not only that, she was given bad info on pricing several times before it became apparent she did not qualify for any subsidy and even the bronze plan was too expensive. "I had a good cry," Sanford said about her reaction to the latest news from the state. As a self-employed court reporter, the new quote was simply out of her range. "This is it. I'm not getting insurance," Sanford told CNN. "That's where it stands right now unless they fix it." http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com...ess/?hpt=hp_t1
Court reporters make pretty good money, or so I hear.

Well, in Florida, they can't take your house, period. It used to be easier to file bankruptcy in Florida, but they tightened up the rules because of abuse.

You truly believe that CGI Federal got the job because they were the best team for the job? Of course you don't. The Senior Vice President went to Princeton with Michelle Obama. Bada bing. Bada boom.

General David Petraeus was there in 1985 too. Do you think he was in on it ?

They got the job because they are specialist in this. I've been there, done that. I used to do it for ABAG. Bay area Govt. You find out about the money and then you study the regulations and then you suck the money from the govt, without delivering much. And we would then stick on the budget guys, the CFOs, wine and dine and listen the whine and get more money.

And of course, all leaders, jobbers and cadre hang out for this purpose. This Mob style attempt at a breakout of the small insurance companies has already succeeded.

CGI not only knows the depth of the weird rules, and hangs out with the Leaders, they are the patsy and fall guys for the Break out. which is succeeding even if ACA is subsequently scrapped. That's how it works. They are pro Hired Guns that are way beyond cocktail party nepotism.

They are the only Playa that can pull this off. Canadian based, breakout leaches. They split into 2 sides, one for spying, 2 groups of 20 contractor firms each, maybe 400 - 500 developments that were Compartmentalized for denialbity.

You think this was just an accident?....not me.

I definitely don't think it was an accident. Obama has shown he has no desire to hire anyone highly skilled for any job. Forget the folks, just keep that money going out the door.

Hey at least now, everyone with half a brain is figuring out these hacks for who they are.

Before "ObummerCare", or the "Un-Affordable Care Act", the U.S. was known for having the BEST medical advances and care in the world.
Why would we want to mess that up?
Secondly, I don't want the government messing with my healthcare or my life. The whole reason the founders rebelled against england was
because england was constantly messing around in our business.
As Ronald Regan once wisely stated, "Government is not the solution, government is the problem!"
Before becoming president, Obummer never ran a business in his life. What makes anybody think he can take over our whole multi-billion dollar
medical industry and run it right? Obummer lied when he said we could keep our insurance and our Dr's if we like them.
Big Brother should keep his hands off of my healthcare and my life. Because all he'll do is mess everything-up.
If the democrats can't even make a website run right, what makes anybody think they can run healthcare?
If Amazon, or Apple or any other business had such a screwed-up website, they would go under in short order.
Lastly, when they passed obummercare, nobody had even read it!
How can you pass a law that you don't know what's in it?

It has certainly brought that to light. And is it just, though true, a mere smoke screen for the real truth, imo. This company is very experienced at this in Canada. The law was written so they could cloud the waters this way, at this time. And I will guarantee they did exactly what they were asked to do. The testimony has already showed me that.

This Admin want to hide behind simple incompetence? Denied.

Well the remaining hard core Obama acolytes had better obtain heavy duty seat belts, because this road to ruination is going to become much more bumpy and jarring.

It is going to get worse, much worse.:wall:

Excerpt from article: “People better understand that there’s a second shoe to drop,” says Wilensky. Obama is “going to have to deal with that,” she says, “because he has more bad stuff ahead of him.”

If he cared about perceived incompetence, he would have pushed the button on half of his cabinet by now. My point was that I think even the hardcore left-wingers can't believe what they're being fed by their comrades in the Obama propaganda press pool. Their minds are beginning to open. Its a glimmer of hope if nothing else.

Health insurance and healthcare are two separate things bro. In what way has the ACA negatively affected the care given?

The rest of your comment I omitted because quite frankly I didn't read it. I figured after your first sentence the rest would be FNTP - Faux Noise Talking Points.

I bet you're one of the many retards driving up and down the 101 or 202 with an upside down Obama sticker or an Obummer sticker on the back of their 2002 Ford Fiesta, with purple tinted windows and a missing hubcap.

Edit: yep, i was right, the rest of your comment was FNTP bubble babble.

No it won't be error free and a ton of Xbox one users will be livid.

They will call microsoft names and demand it be fixed immediately. They will holler and scream about how could such a large company put out a product as shitty as this. They will reminisce about the days of old and wish for a simpler time.

i bet you they fix the xbox before the exchange gets fixed though. I give Microsoft 2 weeks till they roll out the first update. Even then there will still be issues but people will still be able to play it and use it.

I will venture a guess and say that Microsoft will sell more xbox ones in the first weekeend than the exchange sells policies in the first 3 months.

Basic, naked, essential profit motive is a beautiful thing to behold.
