my review is for me trying to order from attitude seed bank multiple times.
the credit card my bank issued me will NOT work... tried every little thing to get it to work. eventually talked to the bank and card companies. both said the company we are trying to do the transaction with have been flagged for fraud and they wont allow any more transactions with them at all using their card.
i thought it was the bank being a jerk because they figured out people are buying cannabis seeds. even warned people of it.
then the christmas promo came along after going thru that. i decided to look into it more since i wanted to make an order again, since i had missed out on the paradise promo and really wanted the christmas one badly...
i had the same trouble trying to order... so i emailed attitude. they danced around the question multiple times. eventually i got an email that was poorly worded, which i believe was on purpose, that admitted that they are having issues with fraud.
since then ive tried to tell my story on here, and no matter what way i go about it im going to get people pissed off one way or another.
dont come in here to just insult or discredit me.
ive since even called them... explained everything, even that people thought the emails were miss-worded and that i interpreted it wrong.
they were very slow in response, and didnt have much else to say except that they HAVE had issues, especially lately, like many others supposedly, and that i should only send cash, do the card over the phone, or use a pre-pay card.
just letting folks know what happened. freaking sucks... i love attitudes pricing, selection, freebies, etc... and im finding that alot of other seed outlets arent easy to make an order thru atm if your in the states too... i figured at some point, before legalizing, seeds would eventually get hard to smuggle in (usa), or something would screw up. perhaps this is "that point". idk.
i havent lost any money, nor any seeds thank goodness. all of my attitude orders have been great. 2 were even opened and searched, but i still received my order. (happened to me back in 2003 too from Greenthumb, ripped open, searched, and resealed with a big ol customs sticker.)
so i still love attitudes products and promos...im just not thrilled with their customer service atm. anyone know what the heck is going on?
just typical internet CC fraud, and it happened to touch attitude unfortunately?? i mean it IS kind of at your own risk, and i understand that. not out to make attitude look bad with this... im more so hoping to ease my concerns with using them again. so plz dont come in here to insult me or discredit me. im only curious whats up.
i see a number of folks outside of the usa are happy, but seems only the usa folks are the ones complaining. am i hitting on the right points here?
ive been considering using a different way to order (different place, IP, computer whatever...) and using a particular pre pay card called "Serve" by Amex. would this be a "safe" way of ordering from usa in your guys' opinions?? thanks ahead of time for the help. happy 2014
