But yes, Attitude should take care of it, as a part of good customer service - if you find you're selling a bad item, you appoligize to your customer, make it right, and remove that item from your inventory. it is very much their responsibilty to make sure the seeds they sell are of good quality.
if you go to their site right now they have a new breeder, samsara seeds. now if that breeder was totally fake, meaning all their seeds were bagseed and their strain names and pics were made up, wouldnt that be blamed on attitude? they should make sure they are selling good quality gear. a good company makes sure their custos are happy. this is why corporations use the motto: "the customers always right"
OK - just because they have this posted on their site, does not mean they follow it as they should. Second, having their return policy posted, in no way relieves them of the obligation to give good customer service, even if it is just replying to a loyal customer by email. Last - you know and I know, as do they - that the real deal is, they can screw us however they like, as long as what we are buying is illegal - and that is the bottom line. Because I've been a good customer, and sent many people their way, and now I wish I had not. lol Just trying to do the right thing.lol ya my point exactly they got you by the balls so pick your seeds wisely .. this breeders been known for this so why bother.. they send you what u order thats all i can ask of them
Have a friend(girlfriend is better) set up a PO Box, and get it sent there. They're prolly watching your name now, tho.ya know.. id like to be on your side cause im just pissed about the fact that i never got my seeds from them, but i gotta say attitude really tried and customs really fucked me.
attitude re-sent my seeds like 2 or 3 times ( it was quite the experience and i really dont wanna go back and check the emails and facts) because they didnt make it thru customs. i didnt even pay for the gauranteed shippin policy ( with the t-shirt/backpack) at first. that is, until i figured i would probably never get my seeds unless i hid them in something, so they resent them for free and i paid just the t-shirt. i still never got the seeds..
and this was a big order, like 250$ that they didnt HAVE to re-send, because i really didnt pay for the gaurantee
so like i said, attitude tried for me but i ultimately got fucked by the man
Brother, if you owned The Attitude Seedbank, would you help your customers?i definitely agree if attitude is aware of the problem they need to put a stop to it, at least test the batch everyone is complaining about .. but man.i guess the only thing we can do, is research the shit outta your seeds before you buy them..
