curios about cob curing can it only be sativa or can it be done with indica or hybrids

Can be done with any weed, just might not be as good as you expect it to be though. The corn cob cure really suits the african sativas most, really highlights their flavor

I wouldn’t try it with really thick dense colas they’d have to be a little bit airy to cure properly I reckon

im gunna go check on my plants and see if there a bit droopy it ended up being cold last night so i think it was that might hit em with a bit of gogo jeucr considering with the auto going to bio canna might be more usefull then trying to use teas

I think you can do it with anything you like. From what I understand most people do it with sats because it does some magic to the THCa (which on its own isnt psychoactive) and sativas have a higher THCa content. the only reason I could think of that may cause issues would be the density of flowers - sativas tend to be a bit airier so would be less susceptible to mould during the curing process.

Ive heard some theories that one of the reasons thai sticks were so good was due to this type of cure - not in corn husks mind you but they were wrapped tight for storage and transport so they didnt go through a normal curing process – a more anaerobic cure does some crazy things.

Dr who I think does some cob curing but uses the popcorn buds.

I recon some of it was but then when it became a "brand" traffickers didn't bother with that step anymore.

hmm well if allways wondered what would happen if u put some bud for the cure in thise black metel things like its got this butten on the lid that sucks the air out always wondered if that would be good for curing iv no idia about what temps would be good like should i put it in the fridge or some where on the cooler side im guessing to a point colder would be better for curing

heres a pic of the rig iv got do i pull that bowl thing off heat with torch then put back od and dab lol eather way its due 2 morro and guess what sos the rosin it would of been fun waiting for a rig then but having rosin pmsl

nah, you need to sweat them in a warm spot. africans traditionally wouldnt have had refigeration

do a bit of reading on it before you attempt an anaerobic cure otherwise you'll waste your buds or make yourself sick

Yeah I’ve only heard stories about it,I know guys that have smoked opiated hash from that area and the the thais and Burmese are or were more of a opium smoking culture than weed smokers but yeah I agree with the jury is still out call

I’ve amoked opium a couple of times and I must be one of the people that opioids don’t agree with it makes me vomit every time
