Guitars are great for ppl with adhd and ocd aswell... Hand eye co-ordination and patience... Wish i could play more than i get the time to these days...

True i spent me first few years as a diesel mechanic got offered something better and took it... Miss the smell of it tho... its up there with dope, pussy and 2 stroke...

Might have to take up guitar it seems everyone around me has lately haha.

Its not a boring job at least, just have to deal with the safety of mining cunts and pass the drug tests haha.. Love me the smell of it all nothing better than being covered in any of those and giving your fingers a whiff every time you take a draw of your smoke. I certainly don't want to be working for someone within the next 5 years, hopefully I get the opportunity to do that or something else with a better lifestyle attached. You enjoy your work now?

Good idea! I need to stop smoking as well and sort my shit out.. Have been smoking daily for 2.5 years/working very casually as a kitchen hand and its time to pass a drug test and get back into my trade haha.

Best bet is to eat well, sleep well, drink lots of water, no coffee, no dairy, no porn, no cigarette's, get stoned ONCE a week, limit phone usage, no tv (I hate TV), write a plan, walk for 30 mins daily, sit outside and meditate 15 mins a day, hold yourself accountable and most of all keep fighting as this is likely the biggest mental effort you'll have to overcome then its easy street and routine!

Buy a vape + nico juice +tobacco flavoured juices to quit smoking I just got one yesterday off a mate and have only had 2 smokes today.. I'm a 25-30 pack a day usually

Lol i still got that sump oil under me nails... I dont deal with half as much grease and oil these days thats for sure but i got enough "friends" services to keep me dirty lol...
I do ground up resto's now alot more diverse and keeps me guessing always some cunt wanting some new trend... cars,bikes,boats,floats you name it man ive fucked with it...

Fuck my close mate I've not seen in years is in town for the night.. Time to put the cider in the fridge and start getting revved up for the pub! Only had a coffee, 10 cones and 5ml of Vale juice in my system today so I'm kind of being good to myself hahaha. As I say not as I do padawan. Time to buy another pack of rothmans and a couple of sticks and take it as it comes today TOMORROW! Good thing is though I'm on fire mentally, haven't came in over 2 weeks and that was a wet dream where I unloaded the biggest flood into my jocks.. That was at 4 weeks of no jizz so in 6 weeks I've only came once from that dream.

Haha the oil is a killer that's for sure, if I chewed my nails they would be stained but if not I could keep em clean most the time. Just Friday would be a long long shower to remove a few layers of skin that where stained .

That sounds like my type of fun nice one. Would be much more rewarding working on peoples pride and joy than a work horse. Something like that I'll do one day, its crazy what people will pay for somethings.. Knowledge is very concentrate to the "professionals/experts" these days when most could do it themselves haha

I worked as a kitchen hand for awhile. I didn't mind it.
I gave up smokes 4 years ago. just went cold turkey. The frst 3 to 4 weeks were tough but downhill after that. So glad I gave em away
