so how are they going to tell the difference between an 18/6 light cycle and a cnc mill that runs for 18 hours every day? Or a 24hr light cycle and a server farm that runs 24-7. They can’t. They can only tell how much power your using and when. Not what it’s been used on.
 
I've got a plant that's showing weird preflowers unsure male or female. There not pistils and there not balls. a small stem then small cluster of leaves. anyone had this kind of preflower before.?

I try to stay away from politics as much as possible, but I reckon Dan has been handed a shit sandwich with the whole COVID thing & has handled it pretty well & has had to make some pretty unpopular decisions (like locking-down the whole state when the outbreaks have generally only been in greater Melb.).

The poor sod has had (I think) 3 days off in the past year?

In my experience females never pre-flower on a stalk/cluster. However, it's been a while since I saw anything like that.

I feel that he made decisions a bit too slow and, early on, let others produce some bad decisions that he has to wear.

Not to mention the morons in his state who think that they're too good to comply with a scientific-based and very reasonable request. Who do they think they are, New Yorkers?

Agreed.

Stupidity isn't restricted to Victorians, mate - I know of one particular Queenslander who travellled to Melbourne for a weekend of "socialising/fun" in June last year. Obviously, they believed that non-essential cross-border travel restrictions didn't apply to them. I wonder what falsification of documentation was used to justify that......?

or if the power company is gov owned the gov decides to do a crime stoppers on its own records. We seem to have allot of $ to keep expanding and employing cunts in blue.
