dou you guys think 1 my dogs is a little bit a head of my other

dog 1 still just seems hairy and not much of a swell coming on yet as where my gigabud and other dog is starting to go

im undecided when to start just the water as its only like 2 waterings a week im giving them, maybe 6 or 7 waterings will take them upto 9 weeks.. is now to early tho

Here's the last part of my grow log for my plants right now. Organic in soil, yet I slap them with some synthetics along the way.
