Lookin sweet as... how they smelling??
White Widow x Big Bud doesn't have an appealing smell as yet. Has a familiar smell of fresh Ahi tuna lol. The really expensive kind you only get at good sushi restaurants. I recognize that part of this is because of how fresh it still is. It will probably go away after curing. Idk if anyone knows what I'm talking about when I say this, but the bud smells 'potent.' It has that chemical, not quite diesel smell of strong weed. No fruity or Skunk smell to speak of. If you use your imagination, you can catch a whiff of oranges or a split second. It smell like fresh cut grass after a few minutes. WWBB is probably mt least favorite smell-wise.
Northern Light Blue smells like blueberries with a subtle undercurrent of hashy pepper. NLB is the stickiest of the plants for sure. It's the only one so far that makes my fingers stick together even tho the Sugar Black Rose is frostier. Sugar Black was the star last week with it's big, frosty buds, but now, this strain is the most pleasant smelling in the bunch.
Sugar Black Rose has a unique smell. Something I can't really put my finger on. Smell like fruit ambrosia with saffron, and just a hint of window cleaner.
SBR and WWBB both have 'Big Bud' genes in them, but Sugar Black Rose is producing bigger buds that WWxBB.
