The weird, harsher, deisel-y skunky smells have mellowed out and are now better smelling. I thought the bud stopped growing because they look almost the same, but after a closer inspection I saw that they put on a lot of weight and were really dense. Even the popcorn buds put on enough weight to make them worth while. Needless to say, I was happy. They're nice and tight when I squeeze them and when you do, it's like popping a weed-berry. Now there's two weeks left, and I think now is when they'll put on most of the weight. I'm in the final stretch baby, and thing are looking good.
I've separated the snaps by plant so you can see the subtle differences in the strains.

Tuesday was the beginning of week 3 and according to my notes from the last grow, this is when the plants stop stretching. All of them. They all stop stretching after three weeks then after that they only grow like a half inch a week. Some of the branches have gotten taller than the others but I like it an I'm gonna leave it unless it gets outta control. I'm gonna feed it today. If I remember right they're up to 800-900 ppm. Anyways, here you go.

The ScrOG is coming along nicely. Man, I have to give it up to Delicious Seeds for real. I had them pinned as a genetic stealing Spanish knock-off, cracker jack breeding outfit, but if these seeds smoke half as good as they grow, then I'll be one happy customer. Honorable mention to Female Seed's wwxbb. I think I had grown them a little better, they would've been a lot more impressive.
If the sample smoke is any indicator, I won't be growing this strain forever unless it wows me after a cure, but I'll probably keep it around until I can find a nice indica replacement. I was gonna take them on day 56 but they're starting to look like they could go another 14 days. What do you think?

The DWC plant is absolutely thriving. I don't quite understand how. It was living in my "pest room" where I isolated plants that had been infested, and it stayed bug free simply by genes and health alone. Indicas are notoriously pert and disease resistant but still. It hasn't been getting light for like the pass 12 days. Also I haven't changed the water since I made it. Just topped it off with un-pH'd r/o water. It's the right color green....it don't have no bugs....the leaves aren't doing weird things....it's happy....and I haven't done shit. I'm seriously impressed so far.

On July 1st I germinated some Mr. Nice Seeds Super Silver Haze in a 1:1 mixture of MG Seedling Starter and MG Organic Choice in 16oz Dixie cups. Of twenty 22 seeds, germination went like this:

Hey Beans concerning the homeless clones, if the genetics of the strain are worth keeping, then in my opinion, I'd keep the best one of the bunch, transplant into just a slightly larger pot. Get some Controlled Release or Time Released fertilizer. Something with a 6 month range mix it in the little bit of new soil. Then chop it, tie it down whatever you need to do, to turn it into a micro mother, and raise it in a small box with a little light, and just water no other ferts needed.

Hey its a low rent way to keep the genetics for a later run.

Back in the mid 80's I kept a Paonia Purple mother in a closet for over 2 yrs and it never achieved 24" in height. (used for outdoor summer grows and the children were 5 to 7ft )
