Tacos!

1lb ground beef, I used 73%
1tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
(last 2ingredients need to be doubled imo)
1/2 tsp salt

Fry meat and drain excess fat. Add dry spices and mix well. Assemble onto uncooked corn tortillas. I used Stater Bros “queso quesadilla” and was too stingy. More cheese!

Could have been cooked a little longer, the peppers were a little too al dente. I used a Betty Crocker Spanish rice recipe and added extra garlic powder and browned ground beef. I think a little tweaking of the recipe spices will improve it, possibly more chili powder.
