I'm just doing frozen breaded shrimp and fish filets. Meh, it's edible.

Kikkoman makes a darned good tempura sauce concentrate. I also ordered Mentsuyu from Zon. It is slightly richer but almost twice the price.

Annie had me try Walmart tartar sauce. It’s very good even if you ignore the low price.

I enjoyed Don't Look Up but that had nothing to do with cooking. Next time I go to D'land I'm doing the Chef's table at Napa Rose.
Crab Cooker, best tartar sauce ever, no Beaver's were harmed....I like the Beaver.

Yeah between Crab Cooker, Claro's and Disneyland I've been shopping homes in North Tustin.

Funny we where discussing it just before covid........now we're the most moved to state in the country for '21.........nothing decent is going for a decent price. Everything was sold or new for a stupid price.
The beauty of homeownership is you have insulated yourself from that as you can sell your home and that will 'reduce' your new home purchase price, unless you're my son and have more money then sense and then you just buy beachfront in Encinitas.

Nothing is touchable here. Unless you have more money than sense. I was talking with a friend that's an agent. He has 16 homes for 12 buyers.....not enough is on the market. His stuff is way up there way way way out of budget.
When we moved last year, sold our Alaskan home & bought a much nicer home here. Paid off this one & had 200k left over.
