Best method for growing from seed

I recently had my first run of baby's all die from being in a propogator lol.
So what would be the best method from germination to get them to the 30 gallon stage
My last run they were in a aero x-stream propogator which I think killed them so I need help finding the best/most efficient way to get them to the 30gallon pots.
I am growing in a fairly big tent.
have humidifiers heaters and sensors
600W lumatek zues pro 2.9 light .
I am using 30 gallon rhizopots, with coco that has charge.
I am using shogun nutrients.
(I'm new)

I put my seeds in a soaked by wronged out root riot cube. Then it goes to a seedling mix on a so cup, then it goes to platinum blend in gal fabric pots and then bigger pots from there.

i recently popped 22 seeds, 10 dreamcatcher, 6 purple chem, 6 lemon frosting. All 10 DC are rolling strong. 6 purple chem rolling strong, lost one lemon frosting doing something i knew better than doing. it was slow to pop up, so i went bushing soil around. it seems i brushed the seed and broke the tap root, totally my own fault. Soaked about 18 hours in tap water. some had cracked and showed some tap root then, those plant tap root down. the rest i just throw into soil and cover about 1/4 inch. water and let them go. it does no matter if its a red cup or a 1gal nursery pot to start, just do not over think it. i could get the exact same results without the soak, just seed into soil and water proper, Anyone can.

Everyone has a different approach. Im too shaky to handle seeds with roots, so I skip the paper towel method.

I like to soak the seeds for 12-15 hours in a combination of water and seaweed extract (28ml/gallon). Then sow in Happy Frog soil, about half inch deep, in solo cups with drain holes. I put in a propagation dome, on a heat mat, where I can maintain the environment around 77 degrees and 75 percent humidity. My fresh seeds have generally emerged from the soil in 3-4 days. Once the seeds sprout, I take the cover off the propagator and move them to the veg tent under a dimmed LED. I continue to mist the plants with my water/seaweed mixture for a few days and water sparingly with the seaweed mixture.

this Is why I use Seaweed….
“Soaking seeds overnight in seaweed extracts may improve germination rates by up to 25%. Just make sure to soak them long enough for the seeds to swell but not so long that they might begin to sour and rot. Many sources recommend 8-12 hours and no more than 24 hours.”

Solo cups filled with coco coir, a spray bottle filled with distilled water (for misting the "dome") and some sort of dome, like a sandwich baggie or cut off the bottom of a clear solo cup & use it as a dome. Should pop within 3-5 days. No need to pre-soak or use the paper towel method, it's an unnecessary step IMO

Just use tweezers to lift the seed that way you dont touch the root tip thats all i do if its in paper towels im germinating em in rather than straight to germination inside seedling compost as u said theres alot of ways people pop there beans

I like to take my seeds out of the fridge a week prior, bring them to room temp under my armpits for 3-4 days, then they go into my gonch for 2 more days, then I space the out on a paper plate for 12 hours no longer than 12 hours though or you’ll disrupt the cotyledons and get terrible germination rates.

After all that I put into a cup of coco and check them in a few days

I store all seeds in frig....Plant every seed 1/4"-1/2" deep into moistened bio bizz light mix, on temp controlled heat mat....go smoke a joint or two. 100% germ in 3-4 days.

Put soil in a solo cup, put the seed in the soil about a 1/2 inch down, water and wait. Or if you want to give them a little head start drop the seeds in a glass of water for 24 hours, you'll see the seed crack, then put it in the soil. No humidity domes for seedlings, it promotes damping off! Domes are fine for rooting clones.

I put the seed in moist soil about as deep as the length of a brand new eraser head on a pencil stick, and then cover it loosely. Then I fill up a 20oz bottle of water and put 3ml of clonex clone and root solution in it. I then shake it up and water the 6-10 small nursery pots. Then I put a dome over those mugs until they pop out of the ground, put a humidifier in the tent and set it to 80 percent. Takes 3-5 days to sprout. I never had a seed not germinate, honest to God. I typically wont water again for 7-10 days or until the nursery pots get dry on the top. This time much less water than the initial when i planted the seed

Place seeds in moist warm soil, and wait for them to come up, done.
Not only is it the easiest way to germinate seeds but I honestly believe it to be just as effective(or more) than the more complicated methods that are commonly used.
