try a pet shelter, they always need volunteers and its a very rewarding experience even if you just go and walk the dogs or spend time with them it improves the quality of each animals life tremendously and you can always use the time spent on a resume for anything animal related they pretty much need to see some shelter volunteer time.
or you could spend time training dogs that need work ive done some volunteer work at shelters and I can tell you without a doubt one of the most rewarding experiences youll ever have if you love animals.

It does sound lovely. I unfortunately am allergic to all the animals with hair, except for people...

I'd be find doing outdoor walking. But I get hives from petting if I don't wash my hands right away. Pity.

DOG SHELTER best place i love dem doggies

kinda sad though if you can handle it i stopped going in among them because they kinda diaper after a week and i already had favorites i gave more food and lovins to then turns out there gone to doggie heaven :'(

i give alot of meat and bones to the to the shelter they dont live long there but they sure damn eat good on my account lol

aside from that id help the children

Many years ago I volunteered to take an elderly black Lady to the grocery store. She had knocked on my door and asked if I could give ( her ) a ride....I knew her from the area. I told her I'd be happy to I just needed a few minutes . I put my shoes on and went outside towards my vehicle and mofo's started coming out of the woods ,around the corner of the house I thought I was at a NAACP rally there were 8 people with her of various ages it took me by surprise I asked "are all of you going to the grocery store" and they all said yes. T he only vehicle big enough was my trusty truck I put the elderly woman up front with me everyone else rode in the bed and off we went.....That was many years ago and after that day many of the people who I took to the store that day would stop by our house and would offer fish they had caught vegetables from their garden any number of things .One day I was painting and one of them stopped and offered to help and 2 of the younger dudes mowed my yard several times that summer. Come to find out it was their grandmother that I took that day and they wanted to thank me and that was their way of saying thank you......anyway I'd like to think that I would do the same thing again......but honestly I'm not sure !
