best way to harvest avoiding the hey straw smell

Not sure about the overferting being that huge. I grew a plant recently and didnt pau attention cause it,looked like shit. That plant stunk when dried and trimmed. No cure needed. Got up to like 750ppm towards the end (1.5EC)

Well its been 24 hours since harvest my buds are hung drying in my tent controlled environment and there still smelling dank as ever I got 2.6g of scissor hash what a lovely treat and a tasty few bowls I had

I mannaged to get 462g dry weight off 10 plants on my first time and its lovely stuff couchlock and gives me cold sweats lol just setting up for the next run just deciding what beans to order

did you end up getting the hay smell?, so far on almost all my grows ivw gottwn that hah smell no luck in getting that stinky nose burnig dank smell i so awfully want to reek out of my jars. currently slow drying hopefully i get it this batch such a shame that such nice looking weed literally smells like sweet hay. hopefully this 11 day till stem snaps dry does it this time

Aww mate it stinks I chopped a branch off at a time and trimed it to my liking then hung it from the bars in my tent for 5 days with a small fan low down facing the floor and I kept my carbon fan running 24/7 my temps were 19c rh 55/60 the buds were stinking very sticky and dry on the out sides but the stems didn't snap so I cut all buds off branches Jared them up left 6 hours my temp in the jar was 18c rh 67 I'm still currently burping the jars and its just getting better honestly I cant believe it myself ill add a few pics

I suppose it all depends on the strain to these were very potent purple stardawg stunk from start to finish but on the other hand my barneys farm tangerine dream didn't turn out to well the buds did just minimal sweet smell ha we win some we loose some but it hurts when we loose lol

overfeeding, mold, over watering will contribute to off smells/lack of. That TD is always very stinky when I run it. there are no non stinky marijuana pheno's I've found in over 800 different strains grown. They all smelled like very strong weed from flower to joint.

I've abused ever one at least once during their cycles. The only ones that didnt stink were the ones I fucked up.

Not bad for my 1st time dont get me wrong the td do smell but nothing compared to the stardawg

If you're loving on the Stardawg wait till you get your hand on some Raindance or Copper Chem or Shaq Candy or Commerce City Kush. these alone removed all of my Topdawgs from production - on their first run!!
