BESTVALED - Beware!!

Less than a year and one of the new lights now has issues. a 3rd of the light now only shows red light which on these new models are not much. Messaged to check price to ship the "free" parts according to their warranty and they want $100 to ship free parts. What a rip off with this company.

Good luck to anyone that has these or buys them in the future but just know you've been warned about the product and the shady ass company.

I use cdmall led and between me and a few buddies we have 7 of them and they are cheap and work well. I had got another one and it had their switches labeled wrong. And they gave me full refund and I got to keep the light

I did go through the reviews and tried to find info about the company when I bought the first one and what I found looked good at the time. Now I know they only let positive reviews show after leaving a review that they didn't/won't publish. The first light I bought is decent and I'm happy with it but they didn't send me that model light the second time I bought although it is still advertised and described as the original.

Lesson learned for sure.

I never pay attention to reviews on a companies website.

So just an update on this...

After they told me it would be $100 to ship the free parts to fix the light that malfunctioned, I filed a report with econsumer.gov the next day. Today I come home to a box delivered with 2 of the new upgraded 2000W LED lights in it!!

HOW FRICKIN' AWESOME!!

I hate that it took a report being filed or maybe even this thread but either way, this company has done right by me at this point and these upgraded lights are like the original one I bought a couple years ago with much more red spectrum (it replaced a 1000W super HPS and did as good if not slightly better). They have updated their website, the image and the description which includes new usage instructions so I am happy with them and the products I have now.

Can't wait to get these hung and see the results with 3 of these red heavy LEDs!!
