Why not we all have our cake and it it too but there must be a give and take system as well.
They also classify weed in the same category as heroine. Even though its no where near the same[/QUOT
Yeah seems outrageous. It is. In fact if you have a medical marijuana license you can grow in places such as eastern Washington which has no dispensaries and lets say you have even permits to own a gun in Wa.
If you're caught by federal officials they slap you with a 5-10 year additional for the first firearm found and 25 years for every additional gun after that and that isn't even including the original sentencing! Makes me wish I had continued to argue to someone about this very thing a little bit back but makes
Me wonder if he realized all the laws
Not just his state alone. You may be OK by state but federally....you're fucked up over and out.
Reading this months national geographic I could only find barely a a paragraph of stuff that resembled anything negative about MJ to cautions. Everything else ranged from cbd treatments to comparisons to strains used for pain or nausea caused by cancer or nerve pain to uses of hemp in everyday products. The last time this country freely used hemp was in WW2. Talk about a cash crop that successfully helped the war effort. Then they shut it
All down because someone got red eyes and wanted 6 cheeseburgers and 11 candy bars. Don't think about blaming weed for obesity, it actually does the opposite : )
Legalization will soon become a part the medical trials of pot: soon this will happen and the states will find someone to do this. It is necessary that these are done to ensure that
Marijuana has indeed medicinal properties on paper. So far this is not possible: since it remains illegal there are no accepted medicinal properties according to our federal gov.
Recently the NIDA approved that marijuana kills and/or stops growing new cancer cells. This is only the beginning but it is a breakthrough on a medical scale.
But again to get the fed gov to approve, bills need to be put in effect and get that schedule 1 classification figured out.
you can grow your own so I don't know where that came from manIf they legalize it it better be completely 100% legal. Non of the bs they pulled in Colorado with all the laws and regulations. Sure it's legal. But you can't grow your own. Until it gets put on a bill to be passed as 100% legal my vote will be no.
He. Means I can buy my own in the state of Wa, legal to have an ounce on your person. Can't grow it though. Or rather Colorado that is but buying it somewhat openly. Nowadays the medical marijuana storess are being looped into recreational so selling to 21+ will be the norm and patients will have to go to rec stores to buy. There are some measures to go through soon to grow like 6 plants and have 8 ounces insteadyou can grow your own so I don't know where that came from man
A few days ago bill O'Reilly had a segment on the dangers of marijuana. I was at my mom's house and she likes fox news. They kept quoting studies but wouldn't say anything about the study itself. Everything they said was 100% false. The worst lie they said was that marijuana increases the rate of suicides in young adults and teens. When ptsd was brought up. They redirected the discussion. It wad just so much propaganda b.s. to boost ratings.. so many people including my mom believe what they say. It's so shitty....I feel like its just going to snowball from here on out. Get some small stories but soon even more breakthroughs will be made aware. Its hard to censor such a viable medicine that has so many treatments. If anyone watched the Union documentary, I love it when this one doctor is asked " have you come across any other medicines that are as versatile as marijuana?" the slight pensive pause and serious "no" is extremely straightforward.
Bill O'Reilly and Nancy...... Two people who use asinine conjecture to make their argument without using Any new material. That "news" is info from the past and full of it. The fact that they can't be legitimate because the trials were never legitimate in the first place. Everyone talks about the monkey trials but folks don't get that it was a test of suffocation not exposure. Sheep will believe media like moth to a flame.A few days ago bill O'Reilly had a segment on the dangers of marijuana. I was at my mom's house and she likes fox news. I heard about this monkey trial. But I also heard the monkey lasted 22 hours with no oxygen, nothing but weed smoke. Normal smoke will kill you in minutes...Bill O'Reilly and Nancy...... If you can stand it, sit idle. The truth is there but it is ABSOLUTELY maddening when someone just decides to quote or be influenced by famously infamous people. It is taken for granted but it is Wrong, factually wrong. Soon new info is to be put out and that 96 percent of internet negativity of marijuana that is backed up by archaic government opinion will dissipate. The idea is to
right the wrong by letting them admit they got the wrong idea.
They (the uninformed) will eat humble pie, or just get their foot in their mouth, egg on their face for a lack of a better term. Im happy that my parents have accepted good things about pot, they are aware of it but not sure they are aware of my pot smoking.
Heeh but they probably do have an idea since I mention it from time to time. Hard to dispel that rumor.
Thats exactly what happend. Whats worse is people blaming pot for deaths when its listed as a secondary. No pot likely has killed someone outright.I heard about this monkey trial. First and foremost that I explained a little while ago that if the feds catch you growing weed, they can throw you in the slammer? Doesn't matter about locality you are medically enabled to grow or whether your state has legalized it. The point to get across to anyone is have legalization across the board. Meaning you can grow it any way you want, provided you pay a tax for it. Its the American Government; they dont want you to be able to do anything for free. Having a grow license would be for personal use, no sales or must give it away. This would be much like buying a fishing license, pay anywhere from 20-60 bucks depending on your grow and you're golden. Rules would apply to be environmentally friendly and stick to a regimen.ok im stoned. you understand you can grow your own rec weed in Colorado right? what is wrong with having a strong regulatory framework to help keep the feds at a distance so to speak? while I agree with you that it should be 100% legal you have to get non pot supporters to vote for it and the only way that happens is with promising strong regulation to "protect the children"
