no I got a 6 cob Johnson led supposed to replace 600w. hps but only pulls 340w. at the plug we will see how she performs I flushed the headband for 24 hrs then fed yesterday morning @1010 ppm. tonight ppm. is 540 she is finally starting to feedah nice ref the light did you get the cmh?
Nice mate, so that can pull 600g running at 340w potentially? Im really looking into new lighting for around april next year so will will be looking in on that. Cool ref the ppm thats a good drop you can start to bump her up towards the 1200 mark now haha Im still flushing cheeses another 24 hour instantly notice the water drop back to norm after the slight rise so just making her hungry and il go in around 1.9 EC. Roughly 1100 ppm (I think)
I played it safe & fed @ 900 ppm. still getting good growth I'm thinking as the manufacturer suggest 1-1/2 gr. per watt but a dialed in waterfarm could very well top that but that remains to be seen so far I'm happy with the light

Maybe Il try one of each on 2 cabs as an interesting test and journal it. Both seem an upgrade on HPS though in terms of spectrum thus quality
I plan on an honest evaluation of this light & if it proves to be not all that I'll be wanting to share the experience as the led's are costly so far I'm liking it but she got here a bit late to fully evaluate based on what I've seen in the last 48 hrs I like what I've seen but my goal is to prove its not merrily a coincidence when this grow is nearer it's end I'll make a more in depth evaluation as this is a sizable investment & should be thoroughly calculated before making the move to fork over the money for oneShe looks great. Awesome dude, the change of colour in her after 24 hours is making my head turn lol Growing will become a very key factor of my lifestyle when I get back out to spain so I don't mind investing in 2 lights if its really worth while - but theres a lot of factors with me and the LED such as many bulbs, replacing them etc etc. Id prob more leaned towards the phillips CMH as it stands right now but yer will be watching with great interest.
no mine is powered by Cree 3070 those & Cree 3590 cob ( chip on board) are 2 of the best rated ones then there is the driver(s) meanwell is a top rated driver ( kinda like the ballast) there are other cobs but these are what I ordered many company's offer the Cree cobs I picked the Johnson @ www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com but I'm in the us just remember Cree & cob 3590 might be better than 3070 cob I would sit back & observe ,learn what works & how that translates into what's available where you're at in a nutshell all led's are not created equal
those definatly are not Cree I would avoid them www.ecosunlite.com ships to te uk you have to contact them for pricing & specify all Cree when you contact them

Sorry mate my phone fucked up and its taken ages to sort cos they said they could fix it then they couldnt just waiting on new iphone which im told is here monday and I will update pics wise. I think shes in week 6 coming into 7 on tuesday? would have to check totally out the loop as im working two jobs now to save up bucks to move back to spain in march and have new equipment ready to go immediately haha.
Anyway I finally saw a friend last thursday just gone (I dont have many friends here just on a work contract) so managed to get some pics on his unknkow branded phone.. I guess its better than nothing. Iv been promised a phone this week so you may get to see her before she gets the chop (she looks considerably diff from the pics below after just 4 days!). She literally just turned yesterday all yellow and brown leafs with buds looking ripe and swollen so looking like a harvest this weekend a few days into week 10.. So yer pretty good on the time!
Yer waterfarms are so easy to go overboard. It does take a while to really start seeing the wow factor - myself 2 years of experimenting various methods, couple of peeps on here actually after seeing there journals got me into 400w cabs pulling the 300gs consistently.. Was a girl who did Kandy Kush and Scottyballs g13 labs pineapple express... The way these two fed the plant was such an eye opener (it is well worth scanning for these two journals ther information in there in priceless)
haha cheers mate. Im happy with her she has been a lot of effort lol Iv still got 3 cheesus seeds and if she is as good as she smells now I think it wont be the last see of her.. I think I can do much better with this girl with some more attention and better setup.
Yea scotty balls is the reason i went with the waterfarm that pineapple express grow is my bible been thru it 15 times plus, ill defo have to find that kandy kush grow.
I sleep right next to mine and its cool.. But I had to fork out on a 300 odd euro S & P TD Silent extractor and I have it on the low setting... Great bit of kit couldnt recomend more! Well done on seeing the grow through though Dude. Yup just remember the best thing for the plant is water. Ease in the nutes at like 50-100ppm increments and flush very often, it really helps to make her hungry then sat there stuffed all the time.
