I was so confused for a minute I had to read that at least four times before I figured out that it was Chicago you were talking aboutI saw them live at the Mississippi River festival back in 71 or so.
One of the best concerts I've ever seen. Of course tripping on some purple micro dot might have enhanced the experience.
had to turn my vpn on to see the link. I knew it was that song! This is the only one I remember from them.

Saw them in the early 70's in Akron (Rubber Bowl) and later at the World Series of Rock at the old Cleveland stadium. This was the methaqualone era so I can only guess that I had a good timeI saw them live at the Mississippi River festival back in 71 or so.

Saw them at the Mississippi River festival too. Historic venue, that's were Dylan first played when he came out of isolation after his motorcycle accident. One of the best shows I ever saw was Mountain around 1980. Daytime outdoor free at GWU where I was studying. Leslie West spent most of his time sitting on top of his Amp. He was frighteningly obese and he would lurch up standing and played with all the passion and skill he could muster. Really one of the greats of that era and a huge influence to shredders everywhere.
Jimmy Page did it first....At one point he played his guitar like a violin with a bow.
Dad bod at 26. He stole the idea from Leslie.
Man those PF and Zeppelin shows back then were great, weren't they? And cheap compared to ticket pricing now.Pink Floyd, LA Sports arena, 1975? Guy at the gate was searching me and found the baggie in my sock, he asked what it was, I said it's not a weapon. He didn't take it.
