New pressure tank and spot for it. Just checking for little drips and taking care of them. Old tank has the black tape around it.

15 footer? Beanie was awesome off leash. Harley marches to his own drum so he has to be leashed.

WOW that is awesome definitely need to take over that property when you settle. Grow some monsters then.Greetings from the Annapolis Valley. Hard to believe it’s been 13 years since I’ve been out here. Just had tea with my 94 year old Grandmother and such great laughter and reminiscing. Missed her.
Another perk is getting to stay with my Aunt & Uncle down the road at their place. It’s like an outdoor Shangri-La near a winery. Outdoor shower, pavilions, pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen, raised bocce/boulle venue. Kinda nuts, but in a grounded, hippy way. They never had kids and just either travel or spend time adding to the 5 acres here. I’m hella jelly of how they live.
I keep (half) joking that I’ll retire out here and take over the place from them. It’s quite restorative to spend a few days here. Plus, they could grow a fuck-ton of weed on this property

I had a video of Harley's first walk. I think I deleted it. Like trying to walk a wild rabbit on a leash.peanut rejects a leash so far, goes flat & whines... refuses to move
attitude again
but we're working on it, he is food driven, so the bribe works
After having one take a huge piss on the floor when the fitting on the bottom rusted and gave out one AM...I'd be thinking hard about lining up "the guy" or the parts to do a switch out. It's always a pain in the ass to do plumbing stuff but in crisis mode it is truly mind rattling stuff. I'm just glad we were here when it blew. On the rare occasions we leave I always flip the hot water heater breaker and the pump breaker. Surprises suck. Live and learn. On the subject of pressure tanks, this puppy is 21 years old and the rust on the bottom has me wondering - is this one done?
Roxy did the same when I picked her up from the doggie jail.found it
