I have a recent harvest from the past two to three weeks, so pretty fresh but also in the 58-62% humidity range. I have tried all three variety that I recently harvested, with a fourth still drying/curing: Créme de la Chem (Mephisto), Samsquanch (Mephisto) and Sangria (Twenty20) with some Double Whiskey Sour on the drying rack. I know 190F is the temp....school me on the 117 number. Is it just a countdown timer for the press time? Nice rig!
