Rough morning, I think I burned up on re-entry. Time to water the veg and take the meds. But first, a few bong rips. Morning all

my favorite spring time game is : "DooDoo or Dead Leaf?" best as a two player game, so you can get a second opinion as to whether what you're looking at is indeed, a random dog turd, or if it's a dead leaf. this is also a good game in the fall if you're in the vicinity of a tree that's dropped brown leaves vs vibrantly colored leaves. The poo sludge is why I go out whenever the dogs use the bathroom to pick it up. 3 am and need to find pants and boots? Better than a minefield of poo sludge come spring when the snow melts
Blech
A quiet morning with the cat and unnamed grandson.

PSA for the floraflex crowd. I noticed yesterday some.plants weren't getting fully watered and saw some emitters were barely flowing. Pulled some tubes off and one port had a chunk of debris almost fully blocking it. Removed the top from the bubbler and discovered a bit of peat, perlite and maybe undissolved chunks of maxibloom. I'm going to put my pumps in a filter bag. This would be a nightmare to fix deep in flower.View attachment 5376679
This is on the supply side not the waste side. I figured out I fill that res by hauling buckets of water upstairs. Buckets are multipurpose in the growing game, rootballs, recycled medium etc. The other res is filled from a hose bibb so those manifolds look pristine in comparison, no debris at all. I bought a filter bag for a pool vac to put my pump in. Should fix the issue.I thought you where doing drain to waste? Why is that happening?

I prefer the term bag as there is no requirement for disambiguation and I'm lazy, ymmvI've always called them "pump socks".......not to be confused with "shot socks".....totally different type of sock![]()
