ok whats the ideal number of cfl's for vegging and the number for flowering? cuz i might invest in some more cfl's but not sure how many its an average number i should have for each phase

well at any situation, the more light the better, then i had two plants goin, i had a total of 10 CFL's. but they were only 23 watt. 100 watt equivalents, so the bigger actual wattage bulbs, the less you need, so since i had 23 watters, i needed a shit load

ok i have 5 6400k cfl's and each has a 30w=120w so to average at a good 2 oz per plant how many more lights would i need for veg and i have 6 2700k bulbs and each bulb has 23 w=100 for flowering

well with my two plants, i got ounce each with the lights i had, 10 CFL's plus the 2 AG, the more you VEG them the more bud sites your will have,

I vegged 4 plants with the 2 AG lights, its a older edition, and 3, 23 watters, 100 watter equivalents

ok i just bought 2 more cfl's but these are 26w=100w 6500k
are these still ok to use or is it strictly 6400k?

they should be fine, not too sure on the whole6400k shit haha, but its Day Light bulbs for veg, and Soft White For flowering

ok since everybody here always talks about hps lights
if i threw this system in the grow room http://www.bghydro.com/BGH/itemdesc.asp?ic=HLCSHPS015SS
for flowering would this work or do i need a specific one cuz i found it cheap plus i already got like 6 cfls for flowering so i was thinking cfl's plus that hps system for flowering could help me bring on some nice size buds
so what yall thin...i should buy it??

yea man i would, thats pretty cheap, that and some CFL's will definitely get you some good buds, i say go for it

shit if i was in a better living situation, i would get that too :cuss:

ok not sure if im doing good so far or not but here is what my plants looking like so far
and on da first pic should i remove those burnt leaves off or should i leave them and also why does it have that color cuz compared to that afghan beside it does not look healthy and ph is at a good level too those burn leaves happened a long time ago and idk what wrong with that color of it

Cut off those dead leaves, checc pH, your sure its not off? i would flush the rez, let em sit for a lil in fresh water and keep and eye on the pH, then start adding those nutes
