Blue Cheese, Afghan Kush, Diesel Grow

yea thx i had a minor set back with the plants getting nute burn but once they heal it will be better and since the afghan kush doesnt take as long as super og haze or super lemon haze i will get to smoke some before everything's done
 
how often should i change the water cuz i changed the water to no nutes on saturday but by today the water looks a bit weird like oily or something like the chemicals are getting flushed out the plants so i was just wondering

yea i rinsed it out cuz when i left it there on saturday the water was clean today its oily and got gunk like when u see oil in water but ima throw out the water and put some distilled water in there to speed the flushing process to help the plants out

You can't use the florabloom by itself. If it were FloraNova Bloom, then you could. You will have to use it in conjunction with the micro and grow or another suitable substitute (which I have no idea what that would be).

so i just cant use the flora bloom the whole time well cuz if i have to buy more nutrients i might as well just get the flora nova bloom
 
I do know you need to ue the micro, but i could of swore there was another thread i had subscribed, where he just used the bloom like you did, i would think it would be fine, but i could be wrong

The "micro" contains all the trace elements that help keep your plant healthy. I'm sure you could go the whole grow with just the bloom, but I think your results would diminish.

Personally, if you get more nutes, I would go for getting just the micro instead of the Nova. It'll give you a lot more room to play with if you need to adjust your nutes a bit (e.g. Phosphorous Deficiency: Add a little extra bloom to the mix).

Just figured I would throw an idea at ya.

Yea that what i was saying, i know you can use it, but obviously, the micro is the more complete way

ok so here is an update and everything seems to be going back to normal the only one that concerns me is the plant in the second pic..its getting its green color back but on the stem it purple and it also shows no sign of growth not sure whats wrong there but i will keep watching them :bigjoint:

There all lookin alot better man, just keep an eye on that pH and you should be good, not too sure on that one tho, hope sure makes it, they usually go purple a couple of my seelding a lil purple
 
I've heard that the stems will turn purple from low temps and/or phosphorous deficiencies. Not too sure about a seedling, though. I had the same thing going on through my entire grow, so it can't be too detrimental.
 
Ohh man you GOTTA have the MICRO or your plants wont make it.Like fox said its got the trace elementd that the plant needs the the bloom doesnt contain.You got your MACRO elements which is the N-P-K value.Then you got your MICRO elements that has the traces(calcium,manganese,magnesium,calcium,boron,etc...)
 
ok sorry its been a while since i did an update but im back and im quite shocked how resilient plants are..i left unattended for so long and i feel really bad since one of the plants died but now im working super hard to restore back to health and looks like their recovering really good and the flora micro its on its way right now since i ordered a bottle from amazon hopefully they recover and they look they are beginning to become bigger since new leaves systems are popping out of the branches
