415 I hear you. It frustrates me that I have to rebut spaz's negativity
Just go to my thread to see how well the SPYDR is working
No matter how hard spaz tries to disparage it (he is relentless), the SPYDR is WORKING REALLY WELL
That I could tell after just 3 days that it was going to be a contender seems to drive spaz nuts, though I suspect he was that long before me talking up BML. Intelligent people can put 2 + 2 together. Spaz can't, and he can't let it go

Red dominant spectrums are fine for leafy green plants, but not ideal for mj, which is a fruiting/budding plant and benefits from a full spectrum white light, but more 'red' during flower. The entire 590-650nm range (yellow/orange/red) is what drives flowering. The more of them a light has, the more 500-600 is needed to drive it
Newer WW whites diodes provide a full spectrum, including ~ 5-7% blue. Most strains of mj only need about 15% blue during veg, then less as they flower
Several LED DIY grows are using only Cree 3000K WW COBs and getting really fine results, so I based my blend on that awareness, BUT, I was shooting for a blend that would be great for both veg and flower, thereby saving personal use growers from needing 2 SPYDRs. Besides $999 is a chunk a $$$$ for most people, but by doing proving it can do both, more people might buy it.
