25 days since I ordered and still nothing. Really starting to get pissed of with Bonza...first it was the extended order time because of the holidays which is understandable for a company, but then the lack of response, no tracking number until I complained, and now it seems my package is never going to make it out of its entry point to the states. Im in Georgia and going to be moving soon. Never expected this to take a month after reading that ppl get their seeds in a week or two. I really hope Bonza threw in some freebies to make the wait worth it...as for now, Bonza is on the do not order from again list...sorry Bonza...you all just need to step your game up and become more consistent with all your customers...

Ok, apparently the only way to get your seeds is by getting pissed off enough to comment on this thread. About an hour after my post earlier, I received a knock on my door. I have seeds in hand. I still stand behind my opinion earlier. Other than the time frame (took 25 days but I did order right before Christmas), Dealing with Bonza seemed as though I was dealing with a couple of irresponsible teenagers who are trying to run a business and compete with the Big Dawgs....I will possibly try them one more time to see if things have changed. Would have been nice to see a few extra freebies for the extended wait/lack of motivation...
I will however give credit where credit is due...their shipping methods are amazing!!!!At least they do that right...

My post wasnt directed at anybody in particular. Just showing there seeds are good. Ive already said that mine was more impatient with the tracking. And, there email replies are a bit slow. But im happy. And ill praise Bonza, good job.

Hey Blackwoods - Great stuff on getting your goods through. That makes me pleased. I'm sorry to hear that you've had a less than perfect experience with us however I can tell you that there are mitigating circumstances. We've had some rather unfortunate luck in the last 3 or 4 weeks which I'm afraid I can't go into further but most importantly it seems like we've become everybody's friendly neighbourhood seedbank. Outrageous demand has rather taken us by surprise to a degree however we are now stabilising after a nuts 4 week period.
Again, I'm sorry if you feel we've let you down - we'll certainly do our best to meet and exceed your expectations in the future!

I ordered seeds from bonza twice, I felt that the customer service was excellent. my first order are seeds were broken, fairly upset. They said they would refund me the money but not the 20 dollar shipping, and they also said they would give me freebies. I was excited. ONLY had enough money to buy one seed now with the shipping cost. Packaged arrived, no freebies. I emailed them again, they said sorry, busy We did you wrong blah blah blah. Gave me store credit, again for the one seed.. Asked for a full refund to my PayPal instead of this bullshit. Said they wouldn't. So I tried to germinate the seed.. nope. didn't happen. So I placed an order for one seed, no tracking because now I couldn't afford it. It's been more days then its ever took now to get my package. I'M starting to wonder if they have ever sent my package. Here I am waiting dying of cancer waiting for my meds. I feel as though the customer support is fast, but I got royally buttfucked. For my review I'd give them a 4/10. Shit happens I know, but to me twice? Now possibly 3 times. I have only gotten 4 usd out of my 35 dollars from bonza, actually 0, seed didn't germinate. I honestly think bonza has potential, very fast response but other then that... I really don't know what to think, I'M just upset.

I just ordered from them, so I hope I dont have an experience like you or any of the people in here. I find it absolutley disgusting about them "forgetting" the freebies and not refunding you, esp since you have cancer. My mother and father were diagnosed with cancer, and my dad introduced my mother into medical marijuana. Unfortunley, my dad passed away and my mother lived. It helped their pain a lot, helped them through the depression and what not. Im sorry to hear this, I really am. My thoughts and prayers are with you <3. Oh, and they used Northern Lights, White Widow and AK47, and I believe it was LSD (no not acid, the strain LSD).

So great news, bonza offered me 5 premium seeds WITH free shipping and tracking!!! Now that makes me happy. although, Mr. Bonza you forgot to give me the tracking number. Also, still waiting on my 3rd order thats taking unusually long. Almost a month now, others arrived in 7 days. Holidays maybe? Weather?
