Someone is confirming that it is them. They said they have one bombing suspect in custody, got the other one boxed in. But, news agencies are only right 10% of the time on breaking stories. Said this started as a car-jacking. I'm not sure why the bombers would be doing something that brazen if they were trying to slip away. Hope this doesn't end with a trap and an explosion.
