I'm not yet convinced that Boveda is dialed-in on cannabis curing, but yeah I will certainly try and change title.I agree that after getting a response like that you should consider either deleting this thread or at least changing the name. Boveda is standing up, doing the right thing. On top of that myself and many others are having great results with BP's. Title is misleading.
We as growers dry until outer portions of bud are crispy, with knowledge that center stem is retaining enough moisture to re-hydrate bud upon jarring. Then we slow dry in jars, with the goal always being to reduce moisture over time. Boveda actually quickens the curing process when used properly.
I don't want my bud going from 68% to 62 in 12 hours. I take a week to do this, and sometimes I guess wrong and bud drops to 58%. In this case I add a small citrus peel for several hours, remove and then test jar RH again after another 12 hours.
Curing cannabis properly is not the same as tobacco...both have different requirements.
