Boy or girl?

I'm going to give a familiar exemple, there is this soil that is commun in the US and Canada I think. Fox Farms Ocean Forest.
It's a soil that will provide nutrients for around 4 weeks.
So you plant your seed in such soil, and after 4 weeks the plant will deplete the nutrients from the soil, now you start adding your bottled fertilizers and keep increasing the feeding dosage untill you see the signs of nutrient burn in the leaves. Something like that.

I think I got it after reading your comment. Since I put it in the soil on Jan. 30, I should not be giving it any nutrients until 5 weeks from that date (3/6/21)... which is about the same time I should stop giving it nutrients anyway, if it's within a couple weeks of harvest, right?

Sorry, I didn't realize how confusing this could get!

Well to be honest I'm not sure because you started giving them bottled fertilizers, but your plants look healthy in those pictures, I think however you are feeding them right now, you are on the right track. I'm not sure going back to no bottled nutrients is a good choice.
Let's see what the pros have to say about this.

Edit: some things about this hobby are simple and easy and others get very confusing indeed.

You should have lots of nutrients in the soil now, especially since youve been adding feed on top. So wouldn't add anything now till your in week 5 or so of flower. At that point id add abit of your bloom feed afew times between week 5-7 after that back to water . If you can take a picture in under natural light it will help, and doing this every week and posting here someone should be able to advise you futher step by step. Good luck and have fun.

If you are following the schedule from fox farms you are doing the right thing. I suggest incrementally increasing the nutes now as you go. I'd add 5% each time you feed until you begin to notice the tips of the leaves slightly burning. Thats where you stop for a while.
I call that the “creeper method”

So, I harvested one of my girls this morning! Lessons learned for next grow: I needed a better light and a digital timer. I could've had a much better yield, I think with proper lighting. The digital timer is convenience, but necessary for the amount of time I spend away from home. I plan to use every part of the plant. I lost some of the roots to the soil, but I was able to save quite a bit (bonus!)

I'm excited for the next grow, once I adjust my setup! Thank you all so much, I look forward to following you all for future grow tips, etc!
