I checked google news, and the only articles relating were blogs, or questionable sources...so that was a pretty big indicator to me.

Daily express is a conservative tabloid, can't believe much of what they say.

The British govt would probably be considered left-wing, so any program they institute would be misrepresented and passed off as left-wing government intrusion by conservatives (like the Daily Express). Happens all the time here in the US, i.e. FOX.

Glad my family left the UK when I was a kid. England my England boy has that place gone to the dogs! I went back for a year when I was ~18 and even in the 5 short years since I left the place I couldn't believe how much it had changed then. My cousin wrote me and told me that they allow sharia law and courts now for civil matters.. wtf? I'm a die hard atheist to begin with but that crap is going to get worse and worse in the UK and Europe. Government sticking it's nose in constantly and now the rise of this religious crap. Makes a guy want to find the nearest alien and get the funk outta here

Now I've managed to discuss religion and a bit of politics in one posting.. see how long I last here now lol

Um, I GAVE you all the link to the website of the ACTUAL agency that's involved in this program.

It isn't a hoax, it's a real program, it just isn't anything at all like what the original poster's "article" made it out to be.
