Get the Safer insecticide soap... I would remove all the damaged buds.... spray the rest of the plant... keep an eye..
you may need to spray a few times...

No it is very safe!! I use it in my vegetable garden up till harvest.. it's basically dish soap and water...I've made my own using Dawn dish soap 1tsp to a quart of water in spray bottle.. seems to work the same... good luck!!
