Isn't it a ball ache judging the weight with the leds n pots ,the exo needed a bit but maybe the other 2 are getting settled but even at that rate they go ages with no water

Curious as to why on earth you would buy a god led, instead of the new Budmaster hps, which is white light, with great overall spectrum, with reds and blues max'd out still? I think it would be worth the extra money.

The panels I want most and will buy soon are the cob-x. Simple reason they can be placed close to plants. I like using more than 1 light, so having one light at the top of the tent doesn't suit my style.

I'm a big Budmaster fan! I've used several of their panels and rate their company very high. Paul is a good man! A real decent guy! I have a picture of my 1st ever half a lb plant on his website. Very good leds!

That journal on 420 didn't really do the leds justice imo! The plants were not exactly healthy and was his worst yield. Personally I think that is grower error and I' m so interested to see here how your grow turns out.

Icemud get yourself some fresh soil from a hydro shop innit ffs  Don't spend 50% of your grow trying to get the balance in the soil right. Bio Bizz all mix will do you proud Icemud!
Just saw this now keep the lights hanging from the top of the frame, it's not the lumens u want it's the photosynthetic active radiation which the cobs cover quite well not to mention but it does have insane ppfd Screenshot_20170323-055628.png Screenshot_20170323-055648.png

I know it sounds weird but when I found my cobs I did a ton of research n best advice is read on radiation like par(photosynthetically active radiation) which for plants is between (not set in stone) 400-700 nm they produce optimally between those levels (correct me if I'm wrong

I just bought mine for 2 major reasons. They give off white light, which I prefer growing my plants under. Also they don't use much electricity.

I have recently used 315w cmh. I found the daylight lamp's spectrum to be better than the agro lamp's spectrum. I think the plants get more energy from daylight spectrums, than they do from lights with loads of red in.

If I did a side by side, I reckon I'd yield more with the cmh daylight lamp, than I would with the 'so called' flowering lamp.

Anyway, the Budmaster cob spectrum does appeal to me.

Oh the( Ppfd)photosynthetic photon flux density is outdated and alot more complicated as it's expressed in Einsteins units like E and all that shit

My tents over 6ft as u can see from the pics at the start of em hanging off the frame and yet no stretch, biggest mistake last time was having em under the 3ft mark from canopy n she sizzles bensist buds n just a marvellous product.last run I didn't lollypop n I'd still hard Lil nugs but this time I'll lollypop to see

Maybe people have been growing with too much light in the past.. Especially when using a targeted light spectrum. I reckon I'm guilty of that.

There's that whole debate whether green light is useful or not. I don't really get it, but I do know that any white light I grow under, helps my plants stay very healthy.

I'm not one for the attest tech. got old cars and an old phone, but these cob's are going to be a breath of fresh air.

I've had some good yields without lolly popping. I'm not sure I like lolly popping much, unless the canopy is so thick the light cannot get through. I've just done a staggered harvest to thicken up the lower buds instead. Here they are... Just running them for 10 days after whipping off the top buds, gave me fuck loads more bud! If I had the room, I would do this every time.
