Bulk washing machine for cold water extraction???

Hi, does anybody know, what brand Frenchy Cannoli uses for his cold water extraction. I don't mean the small blue thing, but the big stainless steel tank one. It doesn't have to be the same one, just looking for some bulk cold water extractors made of stainless steel.

I know the pure pressure ones, but they're extremely overpriced and still require manual stirring.

I also found out it is Delta Sep that made it for them. I practically stalked that machine through every video of his and he was standing next to it in the "les twins" video. It was almost unnoticable, but there was a faint shadow of a triangle... which is the captital D in the greek alphabet and looks like a triangle. But fuck... $ 17k No, offense, but that is the Made in the USA mark-up. We wouldn't be able to afford that down here and there are good machines elsewhere... even Gina. I'm talking to a company there, sent them a Sketch-up design and all... let's see how much they spring on me. I'm guessing it will not be over $5k.

i resent any business putting absurd mark ups on products based solely on their utility for the cannabis industry. i dont mind paying a price tag like that if it makes sense for my operation, but i bet there are plenty of people/companies that could build it for way less. commercial kitchen suppliers would be my first thought, and im sure there are folks out there who build stuff like this for fun that could be contracted to put a machine together. let me know what comes of your inquiry if you would, 5k for a frenchy style machine sounds pretty nice to me

Yes, I was actually looking at my kitchenaid yesterday. You can place the mixing bowl in a bowl of ice and make ice-cream, so yeah...
I would even place the agitator motor on top, it allows for easier cleaning.

I love Frenchy and I get why stuff cannot be produced as cheap in the US as elsewhere. Yes, the cannabis related price tag is neither justified, nor is it fair. But the greatest of all butt fucks are the sieving bags (boldtbags)!!!! $265 for a few pool filters, that cost cents. If I would have known, I would have invested all my money in Nylon mesh!
But maybe they fly in Mark Cuban to do all the stitchings...?

their washers are pretty pricey compared to others too, although they do claim to be food safe plastic. i would pick up some frenchy bags in the future if they are shown to be a superior product, but all mesh bags can be had for much cheaper elsewhere

Generally all of the washers produced are food safe plastic. There is no real difference in cost in not going food safe with plastics and the injection molder doesn't really care either way. If it is a shiny, non-porous surface it is usually food safe.
The pic attached is from an article and is in part true. Any filtration fabric is designed for flow and separation, but they do not stay cleaner or are lighter than any other mesh of the same material. Any synthetic material is scientifically engineered and the fact of it not losing it's shape has only to do with the tensile strength.
The materials used for filtration are very few: Cotton, Polyester, Polypropylene, Acrylic, Nylon Acrylic and Polycotton. Regarding the tensile strength while staying soft, you would actually go with either Polyester or Nylon. The material cost of the mesh for a single bag would be less than $ 0.01. A proficient sewer could do the stitching in less than three minutes. It takes longer to set it up, than to do the stitchings. The maximum amount a bag could cost by really stretching it would be $3.00, but the production manager would get fired for that.
The bag in the link below has more stitchings and a zipper. They produce it for probably just under $1. Just for a comparison.
