Buying elite membership safe??

I want to get elite membership, but before you can you have to enter your name and billing address. Is this safe???

Caligurl just go to the store and pick up a pre-paid VISA. Register the card online with any anonymous name/address you want. Then charge the membership in that name/address with that card then you'll be anonymous..... Btw though, unless you are wardriving, using proxies, using a cafe, or using VPNs then you are already not anonymous and can already be traced to your real name and address without purchasing anything.

i also considered this, shame there is not another 'safe' way to do this,maybe done through a well known seedbank or somthing.
