Yeah I do but I don't keep it running constantly otherwise the rockwool gets too wet, the roots aren't long at all. They seem stunted so I didn't think there was a need to air the water constantly if there are no roots touching it yet

You know I didn't even think ofhrinsppo e Dr grinspoon is feminized but the three THC bombs are reg. I might just do that then, but the problem is I don't want to veg them for long before I switch the light :/

Thats cool dude, ince they root up, you can choose how big you want them. Also if you take cutting ls with a few nodes then you can top them once they show new growth and train them out

So my light has come in and ive got it set up very rough to see how hot it gets about 6 inches away and roughly 12 inches away from the LED. ill leave it run for a day while im home to moniter it to make sure it doesnt burn the house down lol
Ill prepare my soil for the grinspoon tonite and im thinking of putting her in soil and under the light tomorrow

i transferred the three from the DWC system to soil because i am a goose
And im currently lighht proofing the cabinet as we speak and ill line it with reflective white sheet on friday and ill collect the PC fans for it as well. if all goes to plan itll be completed by sunday

my slow progress on the cabinet. i messed up the alignment of the dou8ble doors so i made one big door and painted it with a white under coat containing fungicide
Picking up a PC fan after work ill ill fit that in and figure out how to wire it safely so it can be left on 24/7. not sure about wiring it up to a charger as they get a little warm just charging my phone over night, not sure if its a good idea to leave it on 24/7 with a fan

yeah im slowly slowly getting it sorted.
the grinspoon is coming along nicely at 7 days old and the others that had the root rot are more or less dead
and ive got my computer fans sorted. just got to do the exhaust hole and then light seal her up. almost there!

Hey, Im very surprised that nobody has told you to put those lights closer to your plants. Thats why they were stretching so much and probably why the were getting those pale colors. I dont know much about LEDs so I cant say how close to put them. The CFL was definitely much too far away though.

haha thank man, im still working on it but almost done. just trying to figure out the easiest and most efficient way to do my exhaust in a light proof manner. then ill be good to go!

I have a light almost exactly like that one but mines white! lol My grow is gonna be smaller than this though i really like the setup you got going here. Can't wait to see what kind of yield you'll have.
