They shouldn't do that.It depends what state you're in. I know Idaho and other states will bust you.

If you paid 2 property taxes then you would have 2 addresses on that property.
If you have 2 addresses then it's already fucking cleared up as you would grow on the address that is on legal land.
But that's not the case here because in your words the house is on state lines.
My good sense tells me you live under a bridge.

that should not be possible...if you're licensed with an address in the illegal state, you should NOT be able to get a card in the legal state...they got all kinds of fucked up problems if that is going on.
