You can do it. You are going to have heat issues. Are you using T5s, CFLs, LEDs or HPS? I recommend indica strains for the height.

Being that most here are not informed into the types of normal light bulbs used in your country I doubt you'll get much info .

You should research the exact light bulb your talking about & post the info regarding lumens & spectrum .

Im sure you can do It, but I recommend you do some reading and research before you burn your pad down or get the death penalty cause some nosey neighbor smelled your plant. Good Luck

so, everyone here that asks questions are lazy? haha. i did some research, that's why im asking if my method will be fine. coz, most of the threads that i read online says, a simple light bulb (the yellowish one) wont make a seed sprout, but it dis worked on my plant

I would research some CFL lights (Compact fluorescent light) and see if you can purchase something like these in your country. They are cheap to run and not expensive lights, Well where I live they are anyway. I would also recommend doing some research on the lighting spectrum, this will help you decide with what cfl to go with. This is a very common spiral CFL that I see a lot of "CFL growers" use.

I'm a new grower also but I'm using different CFL lights like these ones.

This one I use for veg.

This one I use for flowering.

In my honest opinion I don't really think that one light bulb you have will work well or work at all. Hope this helps.
Good luck growing hope you come up with a solution! :peace::bigjoint:
