I've heard mixing molasses with the water when watering will add a stronger scent and make the bud heavier... I haven't actually tried it for myself though.Would putting molasses into your compost have any beneficial effects?

I've heard that too, but I'm actually referring to composting molasses and whether or not it will break the goo down even further, releasing more micronutrients???

NO, the added sugars of the molasses will not have any benfits to your plants as the plants produce most all these anyhow. Molasses is a nasty disgusting mess as far as I am concerned after experimenting with it and researching AG sites I have to confer with AL B. on this one, no molasses!
