If it were me, I've never seen two quite so different preflowers on the same plant, but I never ever chop based on preflowers unless I see pollen pods stacking... And I've been wrong at least three time, and surprised with little short spade shapped preflowers like that that grew hairs later on... Just saying, you spent all that time and money on growing - why not wait till you're 100% sure, nothing is going to get ruined I promise...
I also used to jump the gun and cut slow flowering lanky plants, even girls, because I thought it was shit genetics... Until I realized they were sativa doms... Don't just go cutting down stuff willy-nilly until you have learned something about identifying sex...
