just because you didn't get a ticket doesn't mean you didn't go in a report! I had the local pd drug task force come to my house. I didn't get a ticket or anything, so it must not be on any record.

Yep, in PA you lose your license for 3 months for the 1st offense. Not sure if the OP said where he was but in PA it's automatic 90 day suspension if convicted. 90 days isn't very long but it's certainly long enough to ruin your life. It would have ruined mine. Beings my job consists of me driving around.

i hated that law lol, but now lookin back it was probably a good thing they pulled my license every time.. PA doesnt fuck around when it comes to the law.. south eastern PA atleast
