Yea, so I emailed the manager to find out why digikey extended my p/o by a year without my knowledge. Meaning if I had not contacted them for a hr to get an answer: my order wouldnt cancel like I arranged it to. If I had not spoke w them they woulda just sent me the parts and charged my card any time this coming year. In turn causing a bigger headache. But, the manager didnt respond for a week when askedif it was a mistake and why it happened, so I call in. The sup I received got an attitude with me and started talking to me like a teenage girl, WEll we got xyz customers, you want us to check every weeek? and blah. I was like I dont care what else you do,(not like it concerns me at all) you obviously have no concern for my hours wasted due to you breaking an agreement and refusing to respond. I will be contacting the bbb, this is fucking ludachris. Have a great day.
