After the implementation of HB10-1284 there were a lot of patients either released by caregivers or had their MMC close on 8/1 that have recently signed into our center. Growing plants takes a few months to catch up to this volume
Yes, dispensaries are still tied to patient counts for plant volumes in the garden. The license variations allow up a patient count up to the number designated on the license application at 6 plants per. Building out a large facility takes a bit of construction, but we are building on as new patients come in, and bringing in new patients as the garden can support them. It's kind of a balancing act.
Seriously, each of our patients has the same value to us. We have had no problem selling every ounce we grow

It's awesome if a patient can get by on their free 1/4 each month. If they need to buy additional ounces for their condition, that's ok too.

But to get back on thread topic,
Received our Centennial Seeds Waip'o Hapa mother plant and will snag some cuts after it settles in a bit.
Django and 21 seedlings are sexed... ran about 50/50 Male / Female and have 4 that haven't shown yet. Maybe today.
I'll clone the tops off of those to and run to select the keeper mom. 3 months(or so) from now, we'll have the 21, Django, and Waip'o on the shelf.
