Maybe is the main reason of problems in fans?I currently have x3 40w, and x2 23w, 4 inch Ventech exhaust with 4 inch ducting.
The only thing I can think is that it's in a closet most of the time with door closed but it's 70-72 in bedroom. But I thought lots of people grew in closets with no problems.
Small fan at bottom and all 3 passive intakes open on bottom. size is about 36"×20" with height of 55" (estimate)
That's your problem. Heat rises. Exhaust the heat from the top. You have to actually remove the hot air.I currently have x3 40w, and x2 23w, 4 inch Ventech exhaust with 4 inch ducting.

Look at the grow in my sig.Subscribed! That's almost the exact same size as my wardrobe, and the same ambient temp as my place. I currently have 4 40w lights, a 4" scrubber, and a 3" intake. My temp stays at about 82. My plan is a second intake, and possibly a second exhaust fan. My exhaust fan isn't very powerful so it doesn't flow a lot of air, but I can only fit a 4-5" fan in the top section. When I switch to flowering next week I'm adding the light fixture in the photo (see below) and I'm concerned about temps too. I'll have a 96w T5 fixture, four 23w, and four 40w bulbs, so I'm.certain that'll make some heat, haha.
Please update with what you do for a solution. Good luck!

I'm definitely not positive as this is my very first plant, but I think it at least has an influence. Also, I have a cool mist humidifier and it makes it around 40% and I know it used to be way lower before I added it.are you positve that its just heat causing your ww to droop? I use to grow ww and my temps were up around 87 ish and it did fine. obviously did better when I dropped my twmps to around 75-80
Tommy, what strain are you running?
My white widow gets strong and reaches towards light when below 81 degrees. When it gets above about 82 it gets VERY droopy looks like a completely different plant.
I have the same thermometer. 9 bucks at home depot. Lol.This was my solution, building a new flowering room from pvc and panda film with a 20" huge and not so quiet box fan but it keeps it 82-84 Avg with max of 86 through the first night. So much better than my closet.
I'm probably going to use closet for veg station with x4 23w 6500k cfls and I monitored it only got to 84. So this is th first night cycle to this setup but so far for 9 hours it's been a success...
TommyCat, def want to hear back from you and your results especially after adding the light for flowering cycle.View attachment 3561899 View attachment 3561901
