CFL grow Closet--Fertilizer challenge

Day 18 from seed. I am flowering these bitches early. Ordered some White widow from Nirvana, should be here anyday. I am putting frozen water bottles in my small flowering chamber because I heard its good to have cool air during the dark period of the 12-12. updated pics

I can't see the balls yet. Wait it out for a few more and see. Are those the snow whites you mentioned in another post? I just germed 10 seeds and sprouted 10/10. They are all doing amazingly well. A few months of veg and I will start my mom selection stage with the Snow Whites. Devoting 10x10 to these white bastards.

No my snow white is just getting started, seeds popped like two days ago, they popped the same day I put them in a napkin. Hopefully they are a fast growing strain. This one I took pics of is about a month old from seed, I started flowering it at 8 inches so I could get the snow white going. It has like 8 bud sites for such a small plant.if its a male I am going to plant it in the woods somewhere so I can make some hash out of it at least.

Awesome, I might start a journal on this grow, and if I don't I will keep in touch. Mine started 2 days ago as well. New journal. A little competion maybe???

what kind of set up you got there Nelson......I am always up for a little comp, what part of the country you in. West coast of U.S here. I am also only doing two plants, only personal use, I am getting a license soon because of back problems, so I will be legit. I actually only want to do one plant but might as well do two, my seeds werent feminized so I am not sure if I will get a male. I used the lightest color seeds, there were some dark ones, so hopefully that theory is correct.

Midwest US. I am a soil grower with various 10x10 spaces. The flower rooms are covered by 1000w hps light and the veg rooms are on the same diet but with mh. In this case though(grwoing for a mom and all rooms flowering or cloning) I will setup whatever is needed for a good comp show. I cracked all 10 and so far 8 have shown through soil. I have this in a seperate germinating space below my staircase in a small room. I only use this space for germing as my air system isn't needed and CO2 isnt a priority. When they are this small I keep a 400w mh 4' above them and wait for more leaves to show. Seeing as you have a smaller garden yourself, I would be willing to keep the snows below the staircase for their life cycle. Level out the feild a little. How about this. I will take a pic of the future girls tonight and it will my baseline. You go all out under CFL with good soil and nutes and whatnot and I run MH/HPS and use MG soil and yeast co2. We can test to see if lights can beat out nutes on a small scale. Or we could go organic v. nutes. Let others know where the money should be spent starting out.

I am in. I have an organic compost soil I use, I made myself with old foot scraps and organic trash. I use superthrive, besttabs, growpower, and tigerbloom. 8 cfls, six in a homemade hood I made, and three for the sides to get nice and fat.I have left my girls outside the might crack the soil surface by tomorrow, put them kinda deep in the soil.

Here are the babies. I will leave new journal creation to you. I am not sure if the evil Miracle grow is showing threw, but I left some chunks, bad fert on top for your viewing. I'm still at 8/10, but I havent given up hope yet. I went with a clouded MH400 for the little guys and have them surrounded by cfls at time being. Here starts the lights v. ferts battle.
