I've had seeds that took almost 30 days to germinate so you could have some that take longer.
No your not able to use a desktop fan. Find a fan that uses a desktop power cord. Desktop power cords are AC. When the ac power goes into the computer's power supply the output is DC power resulting in 1v 5v and such and not the 110v or 220v that we get in the house.StUpId HiGh PaNdA said:ok but if i use an old desktop computer fan, will that be able to get the air thru 12 ft?
You need to take your grow room air get it scrubbed of the smell and cool it down before venting it into the house or out side.StUpId HiGh PaNdA said:I don't have anywhere else to go with it, suggestions?
i use a similar method except i use RO water. and then put them in a moist paper towel until they crack. then plant them to sprout. takes about 2-3 days like your saying.I've had a seed crack and a sprout in 2 to 3 days at the fastest.
I used the tap water in a shot glass method. The water here comes out of the tap at around 7.0 PH year round and I don't let it sit. Just put water into the shot glass and put the seeds in there. I had the shot glass in the grow area where they were gonna get light from CFLs none of that darkness stuff for them.
The soil I used was Miracle Grow potting soil. I did 1 to 3 drops of B-1 Thrive in 500ml to 1L of water.yeah usually soil comes with nutes in it for the first few weeks of life.
starter leaves = Cotyledon
yeah MG comes with nutes already. .... wait sooo let me get this right. you mixed 1-3 drops or approximately .25 ml per half liter. then you mixed it with the liter? The soil I used was Miracle Grow potting soil. I did 1 to 3 drops of B-1 Thrive in 500ml to 1L of water.
No. Some times I do 1 to 3 drops in 1l of water then I up it to 1 to 3 drops for every 1/2L. Also using what they say on a seed that got put into seedling soil isn't smart.yeah MG comes with nutes already. .... wait sooo let me get this right. you mixed 1-3 drops or approximately .25 ml per half liter. then you mixed it with the liter?
why not just apply 1 drop in the liter? The B1-Thrive label says to use 1-2 tbls per gallon, thats about 15ml. A gallon has about 4 liters. 15/4= 3.75. soo , i would apply about 3-4 ml per liter.
