Cheap 150 Watt HPS

Found a cheap 150 watt HPS for only $43. Just thought it would be a good find and should post it for people short on money but could use a decent light.

does that light just plug into the wall or.... how would you wire it im very interested. cfl's are a mess

doubtful it just plugs in you will probably need to splice a plug onto the cables. Great price though, I thought mine was cheap http://www.dchydro.com/product/2775/150-HPS-Sun-System-Complete/ and comes with a plug if your not into splicing wires and having to rig shit to hang it.

most likely you just have to get a utility cord. It comes spliced and ready to use if you go get the cord at wal-mart or lowes or a store like that. I have a 70 watt thats kinda like this, and thats all you had to do. Very simple.

nah man that shits wack just go on ebay i got a whole 150watt hps system w/ bulb for 65$ everything included got it mail in three days

then again theres nothing wrong with cfls they def do the job

Only drawback is they use more wattage than regular grow lights (I remember reading posts a few years ago where they said they burned 300 watts, so be careful about blowing a circuit). protopipe1
