Im very impressed guys. Looks like Oregon it is! I will be talking to the wife more about it tonight. I told her I could get my own medical card and she can be my caretaker.....That would be nice.....I even said would you wanna move to Oregon? She was like "FUCK YEAH!" lol.

So to be able to sell to the dispensary you have to have top notch shit? My question is do they pay for the THC content or do they pay a flat rate amount for the weight. I can get $200 or more a zip here. Hell I was almost even considering charging $250/oz. or 900 a QP.

currently they have alot of clones of say blue dream ...........u can get 1600 a lb for that with a high tch count other wise u are looking some where in 1200 range with avg since so much of thay strain is floating around
now if u have a strain that is uncommon with a high count (21% above) u are looking at 2000 2100 a lb
the person i came here to see .....i supplied them with genetics they have never seen in this area one of the main supplier (talking over 30 shops) was trying to buy some of the males plants they got ....thc snow


the market here is untapped a person with a plan can take over just by using simple logic..........here everyone does clones of strains 2 years dated they do have some genetics for the area that targeted the locals demand and taste........but with Rec going on and the chance of the DEA taken it off the narco 1 list .......this area becomes of value ( the moutains that have beend cleared for wood the vallies with high Co2 from aminal life .....the sheer amount of rain on a caputer and filter system ........i have not been around for the winter times to see how it is but i hear it is wet not snow but cold and rainy

u are looking a decent spring summer grow with low amount of water need due to natural rain .......just need to use super soil base with feed addon to correct any issuse that comes up ( each strain is different u can never prefectly tune a soil for all ) ......winter time u would want need a green house or a indoor with the rain amount hydro would be a good choice ......u can filter it and ph it by passng using city water or using up water rights amount limits

solar power and wind power are both good choices so u can be off grid or supply back into the grid off the same land u are growing on .........so with in 2 years u are making profit off feeding back into the grid

so far this is the best choice out of all of them due to the taxes and possible source of income ........i plan to move out here and cash in on the fact i have a 757 fico score ............300k spent on land and setting up a op i could be in profit with in 6 months with a steady supply income that i would beable to pay off the loan with in 10 years or less

if the feds allow it to go to lvl 2 narco shipping becomes a option so we have outside markets as several state are thinking about going medical and rec seeing the profits coming out of the other states with lowered cime rate and overdoses from other drugs plus the lessen cost on court systems .......so they will need a supply while the local growers get up to snuff

that is what i think using logic i have learned ........others might see it another way but i think they are wrong and full of shit as nothing they said so far holds
(this market here only cares on the THC vaule and the taste ).......i have confirmed with several shops in 3 citys about 75 miles apart (networking ) the state is going full rec in july (they can buy anything in the shops instead of flower only as it currently is ).........pot tourisms is about to boom for hippies and yuppies maybe rednecks hunting camping fishing

i plan to retire in 10 year at 46 .........this state gives me that chance in spades

Thanks for all the info!!! If I end up being able to save up enough cash I will move. Like I said I have horrible credit lol. Renting to a pot grower? EH. LOL. shit If I could rent there and find someone 420 friendly that would be awesome. I wouldnt have to save up a ass ton of $ just to move. To move and buy everything with cash not to include my new setup when i get there im looking at an easy 130-150k.... The margin is smaller than I thought but when everyone is trying to cash in on it and the market is flooded with sub par weed there is only one thing you can do and thats to grow the best shit you can lol.

Thats what my buddy did then he became a nurse...$20 starting an hour...florida pays shit. I have been looking at double wides though and stuff.....SHIT! def more managable than a home lmao. of course you can. if you're paying cash then why would a bank be involved that wants to see seasoned funds? if there's a bank involved then you're not paying cash and you'll run into banks that do want to see documentation on everything. still doable but you need to know what's up

not really, they're making sure that you haven't borrowed your down payment from someone else.

Your qualifying was based on one mortgage payment amt, not that and a second note to whomever you may have borrowed your all-cash "unseasoned" down payment.

Unless you put 20% down, you'll have P.M.I. added monthly too.
