Im not aware of any chicken that cant handle 32 fIs 32°f to cold for chickens.

I have a 'chicken swing' that they seem to love, when i put it up they play on it for daysThe other thing to think about in the winter time is boredom. Your birds will be horribly bored if they are snowed in for days and weeks. To get them moving around, I loop a string through the rafter and tie large 3" wood screw about a foot or two off the ground. I screw an apple or cabbage and let it swing. They literally will play tether-ball for an hour taking one peck everytime it swings their way.
Learned that one from a Maine chicken guys article.
FYI- They couldn't care less about this in the summer.
