but whats the age difference limit? for example : legal age for sex in new mexico is 16....however you can only be up to 7 years older than the 16 year old......otherwise it would be considered statuatory. just FYI.........

My only point is the gov should not have murdered those 80 people.
even if Jerry Lee Lewis was their leader.

From what I got, it sounds to me like while Koresh might have been one crazy fuck, the ATF and FBI didn't have any authority to wage a seige with tanks and APC's, that's a little extreme.

Wasn't very clear about the child abuse, was that allegations or did they confirm that? That would change the justification for intervention from the authorities.

All in all, the ATF and FBI, imo, was definitely at fault of the death of those people...


But this is a thread about the CIA in Afghanistan, so anybody got anything new to add on that front?

Does the CIA have to comply with the FOIA?
